Zainal brings more than three decades of hands‑on experience in legal administration, personal injury matters and claims management.

He began his career in 1983 with Deutsche Genossenschaft Bank, spending nine years in administrative operations before transitioning into the legal sector. In 1992, he joined boutique firm Fam, Tay & Lee, where close mentorship shaped his early grounding in personal injury claims, legal processes and client support.

In 1996, Zainal moved to Hoh Law Corporation as a paralegal. Over the next 30 years, he supported lawyers across multiple branches, managed vehicle and personal injury claims, prepared court documents, liaised with public authorities, and negotiated with insurers. His work spanned the firm’s Head Office, Ang Mo Kio, Bedok and Paya Lebar Square, where he also oversaw Foreign Worker WICA/Injury Claims.

Across his long tenure, Zainal became known for his steady professionalism, deep procedural knowledge and commitment to guiding clients through complex claims with clarity and care.

Today, he continues to apply his extensive experience in legal administration and client service to support effective case management and positive outcomes.
